Allcraft is the best source I've found in the US for hammers and stakes. Tevel is the owner, and if you call, that is who you want to talk to. This is a copy of their old specialty catalog. They have much much more (especially hammers) available than whats in here, (including my chasing tools and pitch) but to see everything they have, you have to go to New York. But this is a start for those who are interested, I know I was very excited when I got it
