Here are some customer projects!

Here are some pics from a customer out in California.
It is a proprietary application so I do not know too much about it.
They sent me these spy shots of them using the machine.
They are shaping inconel with our Power Hammer.

Ace Clearwater www.aceclearwater.com has been building complex formed and welded assemblies for the aerospace industry since 1949. With 350,000 square feet of manufacturing space, they have a full fabrication shop with just about every type of machine you can imagine.

Chris McKee (production Manager) contacted Baileigh a couple months ago looking for a faster way to shape metal. He had a bottle neck in his manufacturing process and was looking for a solution. After talking with one of the many metal shaping experts at here Baileigh and reviewing Chris' application, the MSS-14H looked like the ticket.

With the MSS-14H in the shop, Chris' team has increased production x 4. Jerry (pictured below) is looking forward to becoming an internet metal shaping sensation. Read below:

We’re good to go with the release of pictures – this is our operator Jerry in real action. Things are working out great with the new stretching machine! Here is a fabricator from Vultures Row Aviation shrinking and stretching an aluminum wing rib for a rare WW2 Curtiss Helldiver. The material is 2024-0 x .100" thick.

Exact words out of his mouth:

Another MH-19 Power Hammer sold to a local Green bay company. Spence Undustries.

Ken Crain is the owner of Studio 217 in Dallas Texas. He is an up and coming furniture designer and has a true love for metal art. He was recently bitten by the metal shaping bug and has been fascinated with the Baileigh MH-19 Multi Hammer. After a couple of phone conversations with the Baileigh crew, Ken decided to jump on a plane and fly into Milwaukee Airport in the middle of a blizzard, all for the love of metal shaping!

Title: Train Works / Sheet Metal Innovation

Train Works is a very unique company that produces unbelievable works of art and fabrication masterpieces.
Fabricating 1.6 scale, 7.5 gauge rid-able trains from scratch.
These units are featured in theme parks, pumpkin patches and even in the backyards

Innovators in the Hobby Industry, Train Works is a family owned business out of Sutherlin, Oregon.
Dad Mike Hedquist is the head head fabricator.
Daughter Alicia Lazz and Mom Lynda Hedquist run the day to day office work.
Son in law Tyler Lazz handles fabrication, paint and sales.

With some of the far out designs of these trains,
the guys found themselves very limited by the standard style
box and pan brakes on the market.
Most of which have only a 4" or 6" box depth before running into
interference issues with the machine. This creates a TIG welding
nightmare when trying to duplicate some of the intricate features of a train.

Frustrated, Tyler and Mike contacted Baileigh Industrial and spoke
with our sheet metal forming and shaping team. After sending us some
drawing of what they wanted to build, the team proposed a solution to all
of their problems, a magnetic box and pan brake.
These trains are big, so they went with the six footer.

The BB-7216M Magnetic Box and Pan Brake has unlimited box depth,
and unlimited bend radius. Here is a video of how it works:

Clyde is working on his lifelong project.
A 51 Chevy pickup. He made the drive on a Harley all the way from Fayetteville, WV to Manitowoc, WI to get training on his new Power Hammer.
