I've got some aluminum castings that have been exposed to the weather and have gotten very grungy and rough. I don't want to polish them and they are too large to sandblast easily.

Is there something I can spray or brush on that will remove all the stuff and leave the bare alumimum looking relatively new?
Duro Aluminum jelly at the local big box home stores paint department, They also make a liquid cleaner for RV, boats and aluminum siding. The jelly worked well on the old style natural screen doors.

Plastic bucket rubber gloves and a stiff scrub brush helps clean and of course that famous elbow grease. I would let it sit as per the directions and check it and re apply as needed.
Peace!
