In case you were thinking of buying any Clarke tools or might have wondered why the deep discounts. Clarke Power Products USA (Clarke welders) is in Chapter 11 Just tried calling them for a replacement manual. They have a recording on "That during these trying times they no longer will be selling or servicing, or selling parts to their tools at this time. As they go through chapter 11.
